Genesis Bible Study

As we have progressed through the Seamless Bible Study, we have slowed down and dug in deep.  My ladies and I have read, studied, and prayed like crazy.  God has really opened His word to us and created within us a desire to learn more.

We meet once a week.  We sit around a table and discuss the text, and then we have a time of praise and worship.  God is drawing us all closer to Him.  I can't begin to tell you how important our small group time is to me.

We started out in a coffee shop and soon realized that the coffee and mini-sandwiches were getting cold as we talked about the Bible.  We changed our location to a private room in a day spa.  This privacy allowed us the opportunity to play some praise music and have prayer time.

We are an eclectic group of ladies- ranging in age from high school to senior adults and everything in between.  You probably wouldn't think that kind of an age range would work, but it does.  It works because we are all hungry to learn more about the Bible and our greatest desire is to draw closer to God.  We are learning how to listen to God through His word.  We are also pursuing His purpose in our lives.
